Save a Webpage as PDF

Save from desktop Chrome

1. Open the webpage, then press Ctrl+P on Windows/Linux or Command+P on Mac.
2. Choose Save as PDF as the destination and review the print settings.
3. Save the file to a location you can find.

These steps follow Google’s printing guidance.

Save on a Mac

From Safari, choose File → Print, then use the PDF button or PDF menu → Save as PDF. Enter a name and location. Apple documents this Mac PDF workflow.

Check before sharing

Inspect pagination, table edges and backgrounds in the preview. Print styles can change navigation and spacing, so the result may differ from the screen. For a public URL you can also use Website to PDF. If you already have an image, the image converter can place it in a PDF, but does not turn it into selectable text.
